1. Introduction & Compliance

Welcome to Fit8 ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and your clients' data in strict compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as Names, Phone Numbers, and Email Addresses strictly for the purpose of providing SaaS gym management services. This includes:

• Managing gym memberships and client attendance.
• Sending transactional communications (e.g., invoices, OTPs, expiry reminders).
• Providing analytics and dashboard metrics for Gym Owners.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third-party brokers, supplement companies, or marketing agencies. Data may only be shared with verified service providers (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp API providers) strictly for executing the core platform services, or with law enforcement if legally required via a valid summons or court order.

4. Consent & Right to Erasure

Under the DPDP Act, Gym Owners must obtain explicit consent from their clients before entering their data into Fit8. Users have the Right to be Forgotten (Erasure). If a gym or a gym client requests permanent deletion of their data, we will irrevocably hard-delete their records from our databases within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and strict role-based access controls to prevent unauthorized access to your database.
